Why EventNook

We're a small, ambitious team that ships real products used by some of the world's most-loved events. Join us and own meaningful work from day one.

Work that matters

Your code, your design, your conversations directly shape how thousands of attendees experience real events around the world.

Move fast & ship

We prototype quickly, ship often, and learn from real customers. No endless committees. Strong bias for outcomes.

Real ownership

No layers of bureaucracy. You own problems end-to-end, from idea to production, and see the impact within days, not quarters.

Grow with us

We're scaling fast across the region. Talented people grow into bigger roles, lead teams, and shape the company's next chapter.

Open roles

Find a role that fits — or tell us how you'd like to contribute. We hire for drive, curiosity, and craft.

Full-time

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and high-energy Business Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline and grow EventNook's footprint across Singapore and the region.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers — researching accounts, running outbound campaigns, qualifying inbound leads, and setting up meetings for the senior sales team. This is an ideal entry point for someone who wants to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts (corporates, MNCs, government agencies, associations, and event organizers) and identify key decision-makers
  • Run outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Qualify inbound leads from website, content, and marketing campaigns within agreed SLAs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound sequences, ICP refinement, and campaign feedback
  • Develop a working knowledge of EventNook's products (event registration, ticketing, onsite check-in, badge printing) to have meaningful first conversations
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
  • Represent EventNook at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions in Singapore

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to build a career in B2B SaaS sales
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (CRM, sequencing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize across multiple accounts
  • Diploma or Degree preferred but not essential — attitude and drive matter more
  • Preferred Singaporean / PR

We are looking for a senior, entrepreneurial Business Development & Partnership Manager to lead enterprise account growth and build strategic partnerships that accelerate EventNook's expansion across Singapore and the region.

This role combines new business development with strategic partnership management — working with venues, event agencies, government agencies, MNCs, and technology partners to create joint go-to-market motions and drive significant revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts and named partner relationships across Singapore and the region
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with venues, event organizers, agencies, and complementary technology providers
  • Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities — discovery, solution design, commercial structuring, contracting, and closing
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners (co-marketing, referrals, integrations, joint pitches)
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers in enterprise and public sector accounts
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate partner and customer feedback into roadmap and campaigns
  • Accurately forecast pipeline, partnership outcomes, and revenue contribution
  • Represent EventNook at industry events, conferences, and high-stakes meetings — frequent travel within the region may be required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B business development, enterprise sales, or partnership experience, preferably in SaaS, event tech, or related industries
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing strategic partnerships at enterprise scale
  • Strong commercial acumen — comfortable structuring commercial models, negotiating terms, and reading contracts
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills; able to credibly engage senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset balanced with strong execution and ownership
  • Existing network within Singapore's event, MICE, corporate, or public sector ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Degree holder preferred; Singaporean / PR preferred

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered features that make event creation, registration, and onsite operations radically simpler for our customers.

You will work end-to-end — from prototyping with LLMs to shipping production features into EventNook's platform — and have a direct impact on how thousands of events are run across the region. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves moving fast, owns problems end-to-end, and cares deeply about user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI-powered features across EventNook's platform (event site generation, smart registration forms, attendee assistance, automation, analytics, etc.)
  • Prototype quickly with frontier LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models) and turn promising prototypes into reliable, production-grade features
  • Build robust prompts, evals, and guardrails — and treat eval coverage as a first-class engineering deliverable
  • Implement retrieval, tool-use, and agentic patterns where they genuinely improve product outcomes
  • Integrate AI features cleanly with existing backend services and frontend experiences
  • Monitor quality, cost, and latency in production; iterate based on real usage data
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate user pain points into shipped AI features
  • Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring back what's relevant to EventNook

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience, with recent hands-on work building features using LLMs or other ML models
  • Strong fundamentals in at least one modern backend stack (Python, TypeScript/Node, .NET, or similar) and one frontend stack
  • Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, evals, and tool/function calling
  • Ability to think product-first — you can scope what to build, what to skip, and what's "good enough to ship"
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias toward shipping
  • Familiarity with vector stores, embeddings, and basic ML evaluation techniques is a plus
  • Experience deploying AI features at scale (cost/latency/quality trade-offs in production) is a strong plus
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred — strong portfolio or open-source work also welcome
  • Singaporean / PR preferred
