Wendy is a partner of Stevenson, Wong & Co, a firm in Hong Kong which was founded in 1978.
Within the Private Client Practice in the firm, Wendy specializes in family law disputes and family wealth and succession planning. She has extensive experience in dealing with complex divorce cases and was one of the key team members in the divorce for an ultra-high net worth client involving multi-jurisdiction issues which went up to the Court of Final Appeal in Hong Kong. Wendy also handles family disputes involving children issues, including international child abduction under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. On the private wealth side, Wendy provides advice to both local and expatriate clients in estate planning and tailored solutions for their succession needs, including drawing up complicated Wills, advising clients on the setting up of trusts and handling probate applications in respect of estates situated inside and outside of Hong Kong. Wendy has been a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers since 2014. She is the Contributor of the Hong Kong Chapter of “International Succession” (published by O.U.P.) She was also one of the speakers at the STEP Asia Conference 2016 on “Trust under attack - Spousal attack and community property restrictions”.
