Jeyakuhan Jeyasingam - Partner, Zaid Ibrahim & Co

Jeyakuhan Jeyasingam is a partner in the regional law firm of Zaid Ibrahim & Co. and is based in the Kuala Lumpur office. He has over 23 years of experience in commercial litigation services for disputes in stratified and landed property concerning common property, facility management, real estate acquisition, sales and leasing sectors. He also regularly advises on local and cross-border legal claims against freight forwarders, hauliers/transporters, shipping lines and logistics providers and has represented clients on various testamentary and succession law issues concerning wills, probates and intestacies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Kuhan was a partner at the Kuala Lumpur branch of law firm Rastam Singa & Co and was involved in litigation matters relating to commercial law, land and building law and corporate law documentation. He was also previously the managing partner of litigation-based law firm Scott & Kuhan.
